Organic Onions

Onions are easy to plant since they only need a lot of water to grow.  They are a great garnish to any dish AND planting onions around your garden border will help discourage pests.

Onions can be planted before fall frost or in spring as soon as the soil can be worked.

Many people use the early greens for the salads or by themselves with sweet cream. They can also be used in omelets or pan fried potatoes.

The most common way to grow them is into the bulbs for winter storage.
