Carrots

Plant your carrot seeds in early spring and once you have harvested the first crop you can always plant more.  As long as the soil is loose and deep enough you can get carrots to grow.  Fresh organic carrots are a great addition to any garden.

Organic Carrots

If your soil is compacted such as clay loam, you can add enough sand and compost to loosen it up. Failure to do this will result in poor size and quality. They actually prefer a loose muck soil and will nice and long if you do this.
