Mushroom Caps

6-8 large white mushrooms
1/3 cup soft farmer’s cheese
1 oz grated or finely chopped vegetables
Dash of garlic powder, cracked pepper and salt

Baking The Mushroom Caps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit

Grate or chop your favorite vegetables: Onion or leeks, bell pepper, tomato, spinach, kale.
Peel mushrooms and remove stems so that the center of the mushroom forms a bowl.
In small bowl combine cream cheese, vegetables and spices until mixed.
Spoon mixture into prepared mushroom caps.
Place in baking dish or sheet and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for ten minutes or until slightly brown.

Serve artistically as an appetizer or side dish. This is a quick and easy way to create a little fine dining at home.
